There’s A Tuesday are the Ōtautahi-born indie rock band made up of high school best friends Minnie Robberds and Nat Hutton, joined by drummer Gus Murray and bassist Joel Becker. Known for their thoughtful lyricism, spellbinding harmonies, and anthemic softness, the band has become a rising force in Aotearoa’s alternative scene and beyond.

Rooted in vulnerability and emotional honesty, the band’s music speaks to tender hearts and nostalgic minds. Nat and Minnie, both queer frontwomen, bring raw storytelling to the forefront of their sound – an earnest mix of breezy indie rock and heartfelt pop that has resonated with audiences across the globe. Over the years, they’ve shared stages with acts like BENEE, Conan Gray, Julia Jacklin, Spacey Jane and The Beths, and have made standout appearances at SXSW Sydney, Rhythm and Vines, and Rhythm and Alps.

After winning over BENEE at Rhythm and Alps in 2020 and signing with her label Olive Records, the band toured and released their sophomore EP Boy Scout, featuring fan-favourite Girl At Night. Since then, they’ve continued to carve their space with introspective songwriting and magnetic live shows. 

Now independent, There’s A Tuesday are entering a new era of creative freedom after releasing their debut album ‘BLUSH’ a body of work that weaves together soft ache, quiet joy, and everything in between.

BLUSH landed itself in the top 20 charts on release week and has been cementing itself as a poignant album of 2025. Supported by a national tour that saw There’s A Tuesday sell their most tickets yet.

Their recent single Margo has further cemented their global reach, landing placements on major playlists such as Spotify’s Fresh Finds (1M), New Noise (461k), All New Rock (900k), Indie Brandneu (176k), Fresh Finds Rock (160k), and New Music Friday across Australia & New Zealand, Belgium, and the Netherlands. On Apple Music, Margo also made appearances on New in Indie and indie + chill.

With accolades from Rolling Stone, the Aotearoa Music Awards, and APRA Silver Scrolls under their belt, the band is poised for an unforgettable 2025. Following the release of singles The City, Brighton, and Water Baby, and with a trans-Tasman tour on the horizon, There’s A Tuesday continue to grow their devoted fanbase.
